Despite growing awareness of workplace equality, pay inequity and limited compensation transparency continue to affect career progression, workplace trust, and inclusion, particularly for women and underrepresented groups.
In 2024, Denmark’s gender pay gap remained at 12.9%. After adjusting for role, industry, and experience, studies still indicate a 4–8% gap. This raises an important question: is the “unexplained” pay gap truly unexplained, or does it reflect deeper issues linked to representation and advancement?
As global conversations around pay equity, regulation, and compliance, including the EU Pay Transparency Directive continue to accelerate, organisations face increasing pressure to move beyond intent and toward measurable action.
This roundtable creates space for honest dialogue, shared experiences, and practical solutions.
In celebration of Women’s Month, Alon is hosting a roundtable discussion focused on Equal Pay for Equal Work.
The session will bring together leaders and practitioners to exchange perspectives, discuss challenges, and explore practical approaches to advancing pay equity and transparency in the workplace. An open, interactive discussion is encouraged.
