As the organization continued to grow, the Compliance and ESG teams recognized the need for a more structured and transparent approach to defining roles and career levels, especially in preparation for the upcoming EU Pay Transparency Directive (equal pay for equal work). With job titles, role definitions, and leveling standards varying across teams, gaining a consistent and complete view of the workforce became increasingly important for accurate compliance reporting and analysis.
Trifork introduced a standardized Career Growth Framework that mapped every employee to a consistent role, discipline, and level. This structure became the foundation for fair pay comparisons. Once the framework was in place, the ESG Manager used Alon’s Pay Analytics to identify explainable versus unexplained pay differences, evaluate compliance risk, and produce clearer, more reliable pay equity insights.
Alon helped Trifork replace manual, fragmented processes with a transparent system that supports fairness, governance, and readiness for the EU directive.
